During the previous season, the Grizzlies were dominant against the Pelicans, winning three of their four matchups against them by an average of 19.6 points. However, NOLA will be a very different squad in 2022-2023, and as a result, we may anticipate this match to be a little bit more competitive.

The other night, though, Zion was outstanding, scoring a team-high 26 points in just 35 minutes of play while shooting 8 of 9 from the floor. Additionally, Larry Nance and Brandon Ingram scored 20 points or more. The Pels didn’t have their best shooting night, but they made the most of Houston’s really shoddy play on the court.
The team led by Stephen Silas made 26 mistakes, which led to 32 points for New Orleans. Additionally, Willie Green’s side outscored the Rockets 33-19 in the fourth quarter to pull away. The lone player listed on the injury report for Tuesday’s game is Williamson.
Pelicans vs Grizzlies Prediction
Each of these clubs has a strong bench. My money is on the Grizzlies to win this one, and it doesn’t matter if Zion plays or not. Because of their recent success against New Orleans, there is reason to assume that a victory is possible, especially considering that the Pelicans have not shown much consistency thus far in the season.
